These Worry Stones are an absolute favourite of ours! During this uncertain time, stress and anxiety levels have risen beyond belief. The world has changed. Simply Leaving our homes is no longer the same. It can be very difficult to manage fear and anxiety. That’s why we love these worry stones so very much. I carry one in my pocket wherever I go, a different gemstone depending on how I’m feeling that day, but usually Rose Quartz. Our son sleeps holding an Amethyst worry stone.
