This Simple, Effective Smudging Bundle is a wonderful tool to smudge with for energetic cleansing. Locally and sustainably grown and harvested White Sage, with carefully foraged Wild Fir or Pine Tips. These Bundles are the perfect size. They wont sit stagnant and collect negative energy, but they are large enough to last for weeks or months depending on your needs.

This smudging bundle is prepared by an Indigenous Person, according to Cultural Tradition. All ingredients are either permaculturally grown, or ethically wild harvested with thanks and respect given to Mother Earth and the Plant itself. Ethical, Sustainable sage is a very powerful and traditional cleanser. Wonderful to use at any time during the Moon Phase, and at any time as needed.

These bundles are very special. The time, thought and beautiful energy invested into these will be felt tenfold when they are included in your practice. The White Sage and Pine/Fir tips are harvested carefully according to Lunar cycles and the potency of the plant. So much incredible plant magic is contained in these!

Most widely available sage is commercially grown in California. Traditionally harvested sage is a careful, respectful practice that sees most of the plant, and all the roots, left intact so that it may continue to grow. Unfortunately, commercial sage is ripped from the ground, leaving nothing left behind to grow.

Commercial sage is also problematic because of how many people touch it. Traditionally, it is believed that everyone who touches your sage puts their energy into your medicine. From the people harvesting it, to the production facility, where dozens of people may handle it. If that person is having a bad day, or has negative energy, their negativity is in your sage and translates into your practice. There is only one set of hands touching these bundles.

During your ceremony, try to open your senses and connect to nature. This practice reduces stress hormone production, lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, boosts the immune system, and improves overall feelings of well-being.
